Ron, need a new 468 x 60 banner at top

Ron, not sure if we're able to do that ourselves using the admin controls (I forget how actually to get to the super admin controls) and either need help with you just putting in any random image you can find up there, or giving me the info to get to that one area where we're able to adjust a lot of the sidebar things and ads for the site here.

I'd like to get this done soon if we could though.
